Emergency Service

If you have an urgent technical problem or need additional material for your event, we will be happy to assist you at any time of the day or night. 

 

Please only use this number in absolutely urgent emergencies. An acute emergency exists when your event is a shipwreck, and you don't have a solution within 60 minutes.

Conditions

We want to offer you this service free of charge. However, if, in our opinion, the emergency is due to a lack of preparation and training on your part, we will charge our support as follows:

• Mon-Fri $3.90 AUD per started minute

• Sat-Sun 11am-6pm $5.90 AUD per started minute

• Sat-Sun 6pm-11am $6.90 AUD per started minute

• Prices exclude GST and will be invoiced to your club/organisation
